I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and cute, perfect for a cozy stay. The service was so attentive, from helpful suggestions for a running path to a warm welcome with chilled water. The location was perfect, close to the Galleria shopping mall and with wonderful banquet facilities. The dining experience at the concierge lounge was just wonderful, offering a delicious start to the day!

Despite some wear and the presence of loud young guests in the halls, the hotel offered comfortable rooms with a pleasant temperature. The service, although following safety protocols, did not meet expectations for the high price paid. The location was convenient for shopping and dining near the Galleria mall, perfect for my visit from South Carolina. The dining options were satisfactory but could have been more upscale. Overall, a mixed experience with some ups and downs.
